关于在加拿大实施赴华直飞航班乘客凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机的通知
为确保国际旅行健康安全，降低疫情跨境传播风险，根据7月20日中国民航局、海关总署、外交部发布的相关公告和有关部门的最新要求，自2020年9月9日起，自加拿大搭乘直飞航班赴华的中、外籍乘客须凭3日（72小时）内新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机。具体实施办法通知如下：
一、总体要求
（一）自加拿大出发，搭乘直飞航班赴华的中、外籍乘客，须在加完成新冠病毒核酸检测，凭3日（72小时）内出具的核酸检测阴性证明才能登机。如证明系电子版，请打印携带。航空公司将严格查验并留存证明。
（二）自第三国出发，经加拿大直接中转乘机赴华的中、外籍乘客，分别凭中国驻该第三国使领馆复核的3日内（72小时）有效的带“HS”标识绿色健康码和外国人健康状况声明书才能登机。航空公司将严格查验并留存外国人健康状况声明书。
二、经第三国转机赴华人员仍维持现有做法。详情请参阅使馆官网通知（http://ca.chineseembassy.org/chn/sggg/t1801817.htm）。请注意：核酸检测阴性证明已调整为3日（72小时）内有效。
三、检测机构
必须在中国驻加使领馆认可的检测机构（名单见附件）完成检测。请提前联系检测机构，确认好有关证明出具时间。
四、重要提醒。如伪造核酸检测证明，危害他人或公共卫生健康安全，须依法承担相应的法律责任。
